rest is weekends na nakatambay lang sa bahay with whatever is on cable or locked in my room with a book...

de-stressing is going to the gym and hitting a huge punching bag for about an hour... hahaha

Going on a long ride while listening to good music. Plus points kapag walang traffic and it's just you, (the driver) and the road. I can't explain how it relaxes me but it does. Lets me think but at the same time, unwinds my often busy mind.

I save up and travel when I can. Since balak ko magwork abroad hopefully before I'm 30, I'm trying to visit as much places in the Philippines as I can. My last trip was in Iloilo and Guimaras. I might go back to Baguio next month or go diving again if I have extra funds.

Best way to celebrate my rest day is to have an anime marathon. Makes me forget all my sorrow :))
I also love to drink milk tea whenever I'm stressed. The joy of munching on those sinkers.

IF YOU ARE A BAD STUDENT IN THE PHILIPPINES, TEACHER SCOLD YOU BY STANDING THE WHOLE DAY IN THE CLASSROOM.
IN CALIFORNIA, STUDENTS HAVE AN OPTION TO STAND UP DURING CLASS TO HELP BURN CALORIES. (still part of rest and relaxation din daw.......naalala ko lang). Kakaiba noh?! lol.
